Our Drill team did a great job at the South Point HS Raider Invitational Drill Meet.
WE PLACED 3RD OVERALL! 1st Place in Unarmed Platoon // 3rd place 1st year Color guard 2nd place Armed Platoon // 3rd place Orienteering We are so proud of our cadets! NOTE: In order to build upon our success going forward, THE ENTIRE team needs to be at practice Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We know that many cadets attend after school tutoring with their teachers. 1st Sgt. Barksdale has asked if the parents would support drill practice beginning and ending a little later (3:00 pm - 4:30 pm) to allow kids who are staying for after school tutoring time to have time to practice with the entire team. Please let 1st Sgt. Barksdale know if this schedule would work better. |
